Mixed Vegetables Ikg is a good way to buy my vegetables as they are ready to cook. They are snap frozen at their peak of growing so every bite has natural taste with essential vitamins and minerals for me . This way I can get some serves of vegetables for my health. I add these vegetables to my mince dishes or chicken . Sometimes i will cook and just add as a side dish of other meats to simplify meal time for me .They are quick and easy for me to cook to add to a quick meal.
