They are snap frozen at their peak of growing so every bite has natural taste with essential vitamins and minerals for me . This way I can get some serves of vegetables for my health. I add these vegetables to my mince dishes or chicken . Sometimes i will cook and just add as a side dish of other meats to simplify meal time for me .They are quick and easy for me to cook to add to a quick meal.
