These black beans have a great flavour. They’re not too soft and mushy, and definitely not hard. They go really great in lots of dishes- my favourite is tacos or burritos! I’ve also used them in baking- such as brownies, and they go really well. They’re soft, and the flavour isn’t overpowering so they work well in sweet baking
