These beans are much cheaper than what you get at the major supermarkets. Versatile and can be used in a variety of Mexican dishes for that extra boost of protein.

This is my new favourite addition to any salad most meals as a side and a great way to make bean dips. These are the lowest calorie bean you can get with a great amount of fibre to keep yourself healthy. Highly recommend these!

these $.99 for a can a great idea to have us aside with our burritos and tacos would buy again. This is very great mixed in with the meat.

I love el tora beans, not the cheapest or most expensive but has good quality beans every time.
