I find this to be a solid no-frills flour which I mainly use for homemade pancakes and crepes. It’s fine and smooth, easy to mix, and gives consistent results whether you’re baking. Nothing fancy, but it’s cheap, reliable, and does exactly what you expect. Perfect for everyday use.
