Hard to fault honestly. Works well for baking, cooking, or whatever random thing you need flour for. Texture’s fine, stores easily, and lasts ages in the pantry. Nothing fancy about it, but it’s one of those kitchen basics you always end up needing. Reliable and good value overall for everyday use.

this is Aldi home brand flour, plain flour 2. kilo for $2.40. it's okay. not very easy to get fermented or airy. it is often dry and hard and densed. but it is the cheapest one to get.
