yum this ginger has the most amazing taste that I use for stirfries. it has heat so you know it’s fresh and good quality. it’s not cheap though which is a downfall.

Gingers are healthy and delicious. Although per kilo is always expensive. Better than buying the one in cans or jar that are mashed as they contain vinegar to keep it looking fresh and not turn dark. It splatters when you stir it in the pan, Fresh ginger rather than grated are my go to
