Nice ginger from Woolies. It is very fresh and rich in flavor. Perfect for most asian dishes like ginger pork. I really like you can pick the size you want (Sometimes you just need a little bit for the recipe).

this was my first time buying ginger from Woolworths and I usually keep the skin on the ginger and cut it into chunks for my smoothies however this ginger still has a bit of soil which I could taste in my smoothie so ai will have to peel the skin off or scrub it clean
