Photo Review of Red Capsicum

I like Red Capsicum for its vibrant colour and crispness. I add Red Capsicum to dishes because they have such little flavour and make for an easy vegetable addition. The Red Capsicum is a favourite snack of mine for sure. I can dip it in stuff for the heck of it too, and it's amazing. Nothing beats just freshly washed, cold Red Capsicum on a hot summer day!
