Stock standard Red Capsicum can be used in a salad but is also great fried or used in slow cooked meals over several hours. Great crispy/crunchy fresh taste with a touch of kick. Would recommend to anyone that loves a good salad.

Nice red capsicum from Woolies. It is very fresh and sweet. I really like that you can pick a size you need for cooking. Perfect for stir frying with meats, or add it into soup. Price is s bit high tho.

I like Red Capsicum for its vibrant colour and crispness. I add Red Capsicum to dishes because they have such little flavour and make for an easy vegetable addition. The Red Capsicum is a favourite snack of mine for sure. I can dip it in stuff for the heck of it too, and it's amazing. Nothing beats just freshly washed, cold Red Capsicum on a hot summer day!
