Review of Red Capsicum

These red capsicums were fresh, firm and beautifully vibrant in colour. They had a lovely natural sweetness and crisp texture, perfect for salads, roasting or slicing up with dips. Once cooked, they softened nicely and added great flavour to pasta and stir-fries.
