Review of Red Capsicum

Red capsicum is on special at Woolworths this week so of course I bought one! Tasty enough to eat raw - it doesn’t seem quite as acidic as green capsicum - in salads or as a side to omelettes etc. Red capsicum chopped into small cubes is delicious in a toastie with cheese for winter! Red capsicum chopped into strips and added to stir fries still keeps its sweet, juicy flavour even after cooking with chicken or meat. No waste vegetable - not covered in plastic, no sticky label and the entire core with seeds can go into your compost bin or worm farm!
