Review of Red Capsicum

recently bought red capsicum from Woolworths and the quality was very good. The capsicum looked fresh with a bright red colour and firm texture. When I cut it, it was very crisp and juicy. The flavour is slightly sweet compared to green capsicum, which makes it really nice for salads, stir-fry, fajitas or roasting. It also adds great colour to dishes. Overall it’s fresh, tasty and a good quality vegetable.
