lee kum kee is one of the biggest brand for sauces in Asia. the dark soy sauce is different than soy sauce. it tastes a bit sweeter and less salty. it has a darker colour and Asian restaurant use it a lot to me make the food like fried noodle or fried rice a little more colour. it's look and taste better too

It’s got the same really good flavour as other brands but with the other benefit of being gluten-free. This size bottle fits nicely into your fridge and doesn’t take up too much space which is also a really nice advantage. If you are gluten-free there aren’t many options and this might be a choice that you have to make rather than maybe wanted to.
