It’s very healthy and good for the tommies but I didn’t like the taste much as it’s sugary and you drink it cold not a normal tea! More like a juice than milk. Anyway it does the job and help you feel weightless and comfortable

Just basic herbal tea. The scent with a hot temperature helps to set you up for sleep, but there’s no effects by the blend. If you’re looking for something to actually make you sleepy, could look for other products.

i normally don’t like tea very much but this stuff really really helped me when i had a cold the other day. The combination of flavours was amazing and wasn’t too earthy or sweet, it was the right balance and would recommend to anyone no matter if you’re sick or not.

My friend recommended me this product after continuous days of sleeping at 3am. Usually tea would keep me awake, not as strong as coffee though but similar results. Although i tried this product, thinking it wouldn’t work or working a bit but not enough but i was completely wrong, i lost a bet to my friend and now i looking forward to buying more of these. It hits slow and you flow into a peaceful slumber, my sleeping schedule is improving bit by bit with this product and i can’t thank it enough. For someone who struggles with sleep, this is a great replacement instead of pills or medication. No cons at all.
