My friend recommended me this product after continuous days of sleeping at 3am. Usually tea would keep me awake, not as strong as coffee though but similar results. Although i tried this product, thinking it wouldn’t work or working a bit but not enough but i was completely wrong, i lost a bet to my friend and now i looking forward to buying more of these. It hits slow and you flow into a peaceful slumber, my sleeping schedule is improving bit by bit with this product and i can’t thank it enough. For someone who struggles with sleep, this is a great replacement instead of pills or medication. No cons at all.
