A product that has been around since I was a child. great to slice eat on a sandwich, fry in the pantry. Take away camping as its easy to prepare and eat.A great way to enjoy some ham like meat the whole family will love and enjoy.

Have recently started consuming Spam and the kids like it. I cook it Asian style (pan fry/sear with sauces) and put in sandwiches for lunch boxes. Very tasty and affordable. Makes for a quick meal when one is short on time.

Spam tinned meat. regular. 340 grams. the OG spam! always have a few can of spam in food cupboard. best to cut it in pieces and pan fried them. it may be salty to some, but it’s spam. never disappoint

It would be a bit salty if you don't put any other things with the tinned meat. I usually put this tinned meat into fried rice with onion and vegetables which makes the rice more tasty without adding extra salt.

these are so good to pair with rice or made into sushi. without having to find the can opener with the ring pull its so easy to open which is so convenient these days. You can pan fry, sushi bake or Air fry either way, I always try and make sure I have one or two in my grocery.

This is an family favourite. It taste like cornbeef but better. You ca have in a burger or with fried rice. It’s easy to cook just add oil , salt and pepper into a frying pan and done.
