Review of Spam Tinned Meat Lite 340g

Bought the Spam Lite Spiced Ham from Coles as it was on special. It maintains same taste as original Spam but 50% less fat - perfect for health watchers. I usually pan fry it and eat it with rice and sometimes make sandwiches with it. However they are not cheap and it is processed food after all but it is perfect canned food which I can put aside and dig it out when needed at desperate times.
