It is my go to spam for my fast cook food. The taste of the meat is really yummy, not that much fat comparing the original one. The price is reasonable as well.

Less greasy than the classic version but still salty and savoury with that signature canned-ham flavour. A decent option if you want the familiar taste of Spam Lite with lighter fat and sodium, though it’s still best when pan-fried for extra crispiness.
