Extra Spearmint Gum has a clean, minty flavour that freshens breath quickly and lasts surprisingly well. The texture is soft to chew, and each piece gives a cool burst without being too strong. Great to keep on hand for a quick refresh anytime!

I often chew on this after a hearty meal in lieu of dessert. It’s sugar free but still tastes sweet enough to satisfy the sugar cravings. I like that it is low in calories and has a gentle minty flavour that gives refreshing feeling in my mouth. It also works well after eating strong garlicky foods. It comes in a convenient small packet that is easy to slip into my handbag for on the go. The only issue is, it’s not very heat resistant and has melted into a sticky mess when I left it in the car on a hot day.

Extra spearmint Tab OTC 27 grand always have a packet in my bag a packet in the car and a packet in the kitchen love just chewing on them even have them if I’m feeling like something sweet they take the edge away as well
