I often chew on this after a hearty meal in lieu of dessert. It’s sugar free but still tastes sweet enough to satisfy the sugar cravings. I like that it is low in calories and has a gentle minty flavour that gives refreshing feeling in my mouth. It also works well after eating strong garlicky foods. It comes in a convenient small packet that is easy to slip into my handbag for on the go. The only issue is, it’s not very heat resistant and has melted into a sticky mess when I left it in the car on a hot day.
