I love this avocado, the skin looks so green without any blemishes at all. The flesh is even nicer. Not too soft and not too hard, just perfect and can be easily sliced without breaking apart. I add them to my sandwiches and it helps to make sandwich more tasty. It has a nice unique taste on it's own. So creamy and tasty, but yet so healthy. Absolutely healthy for everyone and everyday consumption.

We normally buy Hass avocados since they darken as they ripen, however Shepard avocados have been on special this past week or so. They are just as good, but don't tend to change colour as they ripen.

These are a bit hit and miss, but when they’re good they’re really good. The flesh is creamy and smooth with that mild, nutty flavour, and they’re great on toast or in salads. Sometimes they can take a while to ripen or go soft unevenly, so you have to catch them at the right time.

Green skin Avocados are nutrient rich fruit which has health benefits. I buy these regularly as I enjoy on toast with a sprinkle of curry powder . My wife loves these avocados smashed in a bowl and adds milk too making sweet healthy treat for us both .The contain vitamin C,K,E and B6 plus folate, potassium. We sometimes make guacamole which we enjoy this dip.
