I love these green skin avocados as they are healthy and is a great way to have healthy fats in your diet. It also tastes so delicious and the texture is nice and creamy. It looks beautiful on the inside and I love that they are so soft. Highly recommend! No cons , just pros. Easy to prepare too, i just slice it in half and scoop them out.

The flesh inside is firm, buttery, and creamy with a mild nutty flavour. I like that it holds its shape well when sliced, which makes it great for salads, sandwiches, or poke bowls rather than just mashing for guacamole. Another nice bonus is that the flesh browns more slowly once cut, so it stays looking fresh longer

the shepherd green skin avocados are really nice and creamy and they don't seem to go brown as easily as there has variety so I love it when they're in season. LEGO great on toast with poached eggs or Vegemite
