This soy milk from Costco is high in protein and can be used any time you would be using normal cow's milk. Especially for vegetarians and vegans, it's a great source of protein.

This is my favourite soy milk in Australia. A creamy, natural soy milk with minimal additives.Something that performs well in coffee drinks. One bad point is: once you open the carton, you cut the top off instead of twisting a cap. This means you can’t properly close it back up after opening.
