Massaman is my family's favorite menu. I use Ayam's Thai Massaman Curry paste because it's convenient and easy. It has a strong curry paste flavor. Just add coconut cream and palm sugar. A little salt and a little lemon juice. It will be a little sour, a little sweet, and creamy tastes. It's delicious to eat with rice or roti sheets.
