I recently made a massaman beef curry using this Ayam Massaman Curry Paste that I bought on special from Coles. It was absolutely delicious and has been added to our regular dinner list. Only one-third of the jar of paste is needed for a curry, so I will be making some more soon and will be buying more of this paste in future.

very authentic tasting Massaman, it’s one of the hardest curries to make but with this already made sauce it saves you all the time and ingredients in one go. the flavour is full and the spice is low which is perfect.

One of my favourite items to use. A slow cooked massaman beef curry is best used when the whole jar is used. Great flavour and taste, enjoy!
