AYAM’s is definitely the king of coconut creams. The highest percentage of coconut and lowest number of ingredients on any shelf. It is deliciously creamy. The only downside is its price, but it’s absolutely worth it. Nothing else compares.

Our family favourite coconut cream and coconut milk supplier. Great, clean flavour profile. No nasty additives. Cooks really well and is beautifully creamy. Always mix upon opening the can to blend the liquid and settled solids together.

This brand is a lot thicker and richer flavour than others available in the big supermarkets but there are better brands in Asian some grocers

For Asian ingredients you can't go wrong with Ayam, we use A LOT of coconut milk and cream, my wife was born in Thailand so is very fussy about what she used for Thai food, she tells me this is the one and I've learnt from experience you don't argue about food with a Thai woman 😂
