Very sweet, I barely use any of it in my drink but it does provide a nice flavour if you add a few mls in. it’s very thick and syrupy too.

Grew up with this as a kid when mum used to make this as a treat. Now I sometimes add this to cold soda water for a nice bubbly drink or at night a cup of hot water with some lemon for a warm nightcap. The only downside is the price as it has increased exponentially over the last few years.
