Peanuts, in a delicious spread. The ingredients listed are 99.5% peanuts and salt. What a complicated recipe! I did originally have the jar stored in the pantry, but as it is coming into summer I don’t think this can now be classed as a cool place, the nuts separated from the oil and made a bit of a runny mess, easily fixed with a good shake and stir. So, another jar has been added to the fridge.
