We primarily use unsalted butter to make homemade ghee (clarified butter). For a change we tried westgold unsalted butter and it is definitely perfectly suited for making ghee. the ghee is nutty and gives the perfect golden texture

the butter is super tasty, tastes like real butter and not full of fillers and other stuff. I will say it’s not very spreadable straight from the fridge, you’ll need to let it sit out on the counter before you try to spread on toast
