Love these bagels they have less calories than toast as the thing says only 145 cal, no artificial colors or flavors and the ingredients are pretty good. I also really like that the prominently display that they are vegan friendly.

Love bagels, but not the heaviness of all that dough? These are for you! I love that I get all the benefit of a bagel but overall the meal is so much less bread-y. Has the same surface area so you can still load up all your favourite toppings! Toast beautifully. My current breakfast obsession!
