I usually buy the high protein bagels, but these low carb bagels are equally delicious. They are perfect for cream cheese and smoked salmon with scrambled eggs

These bagels have the right amount of chewiness and toast well. If you’re reducing carbs this low carb variety makes for a change from bread. Pros: good for toasting and topping with avocados or toasted veggies, egg or salmon for breakfast or lunch. Cons: Can’t buy them fresh, they are imported frozen from NZ so availability depends on staff remembering to take them out of the freezer. When toasted they smell very doughy. They come pre cut which is uneven.

I love these with my breakfasts with eggs and avocado. Helps they are low carb too. Good for a snack or full meal.

Great taste, not as big as some other brands. Low carb is great, toast quickly and are semi pre-cut.
