I like the chewiness of these bagels, suitable for lunch snacks and breakfast. It is best to toast them as they are imported frozen. Unfortunately the random pre slicing is so uneven one half of each wouldn’t fit in my toaster.

I tried Abe’s Low Carb Bagel recently, and I have to say it’s a pretty good option if you’re watching your carbs but still crave that classic bagel feel. Toasted, it gets a nice golden crust on the outside while staying chewy inside. The texture is a little denser and slightly crumbly compared to a regular bagel, but once you add your favourite topping (I had mine with cream cheese and smoked salmon), it hits the spot.

delicious without so much wheat. they toast really well, are also really nice when paired with smoked salmon and cream cheese. a nice addition to the pantry and a good snack for when you dont know what to eat.
