For a low-carb option, these are actually pretty decent. Toasted is definitely the way to go as they crisp up nicely on the outside while staying dense inside. Flavour is mild and slightly nutty, not bready in the traditional sense but not bland either. You can tell they’re low carb, but they hold up well with cream cheese or avo and don’t fall apart. Not exactly New York–style, but for what they are, they’re a solid compromise.
