3b cream is a life saver, I use to get bad chaff under my breasts and between my legs but not any more thanks to this amazing cream. I just rub in some cream wherever I am prone to chaffing after my morning shower and no more red raw chaffing. It also soothes the soreness if u forget to put on. But I prefer to use to prevent the soreness rather than treating the soreness. I rate it 10 out of 5.
