V Energy Drink ⚡️ Sweet, strong, and instantly energising. Big caffeine hit with a sharp taste—great when tired, less great if you’re caffeine-sensitive. ⭐️7/10

Absolutely delicious! This was packed with flavour and cooked perfectly. The texture was just right and every bite was super satisfying. You can really tell quality ingredients were used, and it was seasoned beautifully without being overpowering. Definitely something I’d order again and happily recommend to anyone who loves good food.

✅ Positives (Why People Like It) 💥 Quick Energy Boost It contains caffeine, taurine, guarana and B-vitamins which can make you feel more alert and awake. ⚡ Better Than Some Other Drinks Compared to coffee or big sugary sodas, it often has moderate caffeine content (about 80 mg per 250 mL) — within safe daily limits if you stick to one can. 🧠 B-Vitamins Included Contains vitamins like B3, B5, B6 and B12 that help energy metabolism (though these are often in small amounts). 💰 Affordable & Widely Available Many people enjoy the taste and convenience — fruity, fizzy, easy to drink. ⸻ ❌ Negatives (Things to Watch Out For) 🍬 High Sugar Content Each can has around 26 g of sugar per 250 mL — that’s a lot and can cause a sugar crash later. ⚠️ Caffeine Side Effects Too much caffeine can cause: • Jitters • Sleeplessness • Rapid heartbeat • Anxiety in some people Overconsumption can be risky, especially if you have heart issues or drink other caffeinated drinks with it. 😴 Energy Crash & Sleep Impact Even occasional energy drink use may disturb sleep and cause crashes later, especially if consumed later in the day. 🧠 Not Nutritious Aside from some vitamins, it doesn’t offer much real nutrition — mostly sugar and stimulants
