Nice flavour, not too strong. The lid is really hard to get off and for a woman living on her own it’s a struggle to open! I also don’t like how it stains my sons teeth and lips. I only bought this for a competition.

Really great value for money! Huge bottle so you get a lot out of it. Excellent to have on hand in the house if someone is sick to quickly rehydrate them and replenish electrolytes. Sports drinks are not an every day item that we consume, but we do buy them if one of us is sick to quickly rehydrate our systems. It is amazing how quickly they can pick you up and begin to reinvigorate you when you have a cold/flu or have had gastro etc. Our son has been ill recently and these were on special and even full price are a great price given the large size compared to other brands. We hadn’t seen them before so we grabbed a few flavours to try. This Red flavour is really nice and refreshing and is not too over sweet. It is a really delicious flavour that isn’t a fake tasting red like some red drinks can be which is nice. Great when it is very cold straight out of the fridge. It worked wonderfully to rehydrate him as well and this will now be our go to brand if we can get it. We are converted!
