Sports drinks are definitely not an every day item that we consume in our house, but we do however buy them if one of us is sick to quickly rehydrate our systems. It is amazing how quickly they can pick you up and begin to reinvigorate you when you have a cold/flu or have had gastro etc. Our son has been ill recently and these were on special and even full price are a great price given the large size compared to other brands. We hadn’t seen them before so we grabbed a few flavours to try. The Blue flavour is delicious and extremely refreshing while not being over sweet. It is great when it is very cold straight out of the fridge. It worked wonderfully to rehydrate him as well and this will now be our go to brand if we can get it. We are definitely converted!
