A ‘photo-period sensitive’ variety, jasmine rice can only be cultivated once a year. Upon harvesting, it is processed in the only organic mill in Thailand, ensuring that no adulteration of non-organic grains is possible. Really enjoy these as a light snack. Nice crunchy texture & not too heavy, so easy to eat without feeling overly full. The flavour is simple but works well, either on their own or with toppings. Good option if you want something lighter compared to chips or sweets. Also handy to keep in the pantry as they last a while if sealed properly. Overall a simple, reliable snack that I keep buying again.

Brown rice cakes are a simple, healthy snack, and they pair really nicely with cottage cheese. They’re light but filling enough when topped, and the combo gives a good mix of crunch and creaminess.

soft yet crunchy with a mild nutty brown rice flavour. top with avocado and tomato for a quick and easy lunch. my favourite is a mix of lettuce, avocado, onion and tomato in kewpie mayonaise, spread over a cracker with salt and pepper. yum!

Big fan of these, mainly because they have no nasty ingredients in them. I do wish they were saltier but other than that they’re great.

so fresh and such clean good ingredients. so good to pair with tuna avocado or cottage cheese for a snack only con is it more expensive.
