I purchased a 455g tub of Barker's Three Berry Jam at a Woolworths supermarket, Initially, and for a short period afterwards, the quality of the jam appeared to be fine, but as the jam aged, it became obvious that all the actual fruit matter had risen to the top surface when the jam was introduced into the pot.
