It does say fork mashed but I find for an eight month old. Some of the chunks are way too big.

These Only Organic meal pouches are our 9 month old’s dinners, and boy does she love them! Easy to store and prepare with quite a few flavours available, we can easily warm a bowl up in the microwave and feed her before we sort our own dinner out. They’re often on sale either individually or as ‘4 for $X’ kind of deal and always available at our local supermarkets.
