I received an email from Whittaker's to say they spent nearly 3 years trialling 59 different caramel recipes to create the smoothest, velvety creamy caramel for their upgraded block so I had to try! I was not disappointed. The caramel is indeed creamy, not as strong a caramel flavour to me like you would find in a Mars bar, but still quite nice. I have been happy with all the Whittaker's chocolate flavours I've tried and this one is no exception. It is worth holding out for when you see them come on sale to get the best value though due to recent price increases!
