We use this paste all the time in cooking to give it a little extra zing.It lasts for a long time in the fridge and is a reasonable size so it does not have to be stored in the door which I appreciate and is reasonably priced.

it’s not the most natural ginger as it’s been pulverised and processed but it does the job and doesn’t break the bank. good value for the portion but there is better alternatives out there but when you’re on a budget this is great. tastes like real ginger and consistency is good
