this is one of my favourite mushashi bars and avoids tasting overly like the stereotypical stodgy protein bar. the crisps are super crunchy and makes eating this protein bar way more palatable. if you can get them on special it's a lot kinder on your wallet, but overall I love the convenience of them for multiday hikes where I want to make sure I hit my protein goals
