I’ve been very happy with Musashi’s protein crisp range; their vanilla caramel does not disappoint! The bar is covered with delicious thick chocolate on the bottom and swirls on top; inside the bar is a thick, chewy and honestly sensational caramel filling with crispy vanilla bits! How can a 20g protein bar be this good, quite simply, it just is!!

this flavour is ok. it is a nice snack but you need to be convious of the calories as it is still high. the texture is chewy and nice - a bit firmer than an lcm bar.

best protein bar I have ever had, 20g protein, 8.6g fat, 10g carbs. Only 4g Sugar!! I couldn't believe the sugar content in this was non existent while being so sweet.
