It tastes great. I do seem to have quite a few stomach issues and this did give me terrible pains and awful cramps in the stomach as soon as I took it making eating the meal you are supposed to have straight after having it very difficult for me. I don’t want to rate it low as I do understand I have a really sensitive stomach based on my issues so that would be unfair but I was hoping this product would help with this issues somewhat. Unfortunately it looks like more money wasted.
