not a big fan of the salted caramel flavour there are the products in their range that are nicer. I like the ingredients in this and it feels healthy to eat it just prefer the full chocolate ones.

very healthy snacks.abit expensive when full price. if craving sweets have this instead gives good energy and nuts for food oil. easy to put in pocket or bags to take it with. yummy and chewy . not too sweet
