Nice & Natural Roasted Nut Bars — Trail Mix are snack bars made with a blend of roasted peanuts, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sultanas and apricot pieces, all lightly coated with a Greek-style yoghurt-flavoured layer. They’re fairly dense with nuts, they provide energy, healthy fats and some protein/fibre, making them suitable as a quick snack between meals or on the go. Not ideal for people who look for soft, chewy muesli or energy bars
