The healthiest coconut water option in my opinion. Pretty expensive at $5.50 each but it often goes on sale for half price so I stock up then. Super long lasting. Non GMO, aussie owned, great source of electrolytes. No added sugar (although still 7.6g of sugar per serve) and 100% natural coconut as the only ingredient. Great option. Would recommend
