OMG! This is the best protein bar I have had in a long time. It doesn't have a huge extra portion of protein but it definitely tastes good and I'd buy it again and again for the flavour. It doesn't taste like a dry clump of protein powder. Definitely recommend and would buy again!

it tastes great and I have found them to be more effective pre workout than post workout but at any time after I eat them I can feel the energy kick in

My absolute favourite in the cheesecake range by muscle nation. Fantastic for sweet cravings without loading up on sugar. The caramel flavour inside is delicious, and goes well with the cheesecake-like filling. On the pricey side so I only purchase when on sale
